So, how exactly do Kartra templates work? Let’s break it down for you here.

You will be given an import code from Kartra which will allow you to import the templates magically into your own account. I will give you a video tutorial to show you how to do this. You may also get Canva templates that I used in the Kartra template and you can edit if needed.

Yes! So I typically give a few options (either a big bundle or a few pieces) so pick which one works for your business. If you truly only need one or two pages, reach out to emily@tohealthwithit.com and I'll see what I can do. In some cases, I may be able to grant this.

If you love a Kartra theme but don't see a page that's listed, reach out to emily@tohealthwithit.com and let me know you'd like to add on an additional page if possible. I can discuss a custom project or a template add-on if it makes sense.

No, unfortunately due to the digital nature of these templates, I cannot offer refunds. If you have an issue with the template (sometimes this happens! please reach out to emily@tohealthwithit.com and I'll try and rectify the issue).

After purchase you will get a few tech tutorials to help you edit your template. If you're still struggling, I do 1:1 custom projects and I also have a Kartra Tech Hub that gives you more tech support. You can also purchase 1-2 hours of template customization if needed. I can bring the template into your brand, pick stock images or create sections.
