DIGITAL TEMPLATE TERMS + CONDITIONS

No Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of the templates, all sales are final.  However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to emily@tohealthwithit.com Please be sure to review the FAQs and terms & conditions prior to purchasing.

Licensing:

By purchasing a Kartra, Canva, or Squarespace template, you are granted a single-use, non-transferable license to access the template.

Updates to the Template

A purchase of a Template or template bundle includes your chosen template sent to you only once. Occasionally, I will make periodic updates to the templates to improve upon them. Unfortunately, I cannot send everyone the new updates after they have already been sent to you. If you do decide you’d like the template in it’s latest updated form, you can re-purchase and I will honor a 30% discount for the 2nd purchase of the same template due to a later release of the template. Just email emily@tohealthwithit.com to get the discount code. If you make any changes to your template and want the template sent again, then you will have to repurchase the template again so we can prepare and send it again.

 Personal and commercial use:

By purchasing a template, you are granted personal and/or commercial use (for one account / license). Pages created from these templates may only be displayed on YOUR site and can only be imported into ONE account.  They may be duplicated / cloned and used again within YOUR OWN account.

 Client Use + Third Party Use / Modifying the Template:

By purchasing a Canva, Squarespace, or Kartra template you agree that you will not modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or use the template to create any derivative work and sell or share the modified templates with a third party.

 Even if you customize, alter, or change the template, you are still not allowed to re-sell or share with a third party (client or course student).

 After purchase, you cannot share or transfer the template with your clients or course students after purchase.  If your client / course students would like to use these templates, they may purchase the templates separately or you may share your affiliate template link with them so they purchase through you while you earn commission.

 You are allowed to help your client install, modify the templates if they have purchased their own templates themselves.

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as solely your own.

You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. 

You may not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided in your purchase with anyone else.

 Virtual Assistants / Team Members:

Virtual assistants or team members are allowed to use these templates if they are working within THEIR CLIENTS account and THE CLIENT purchases the templates using their own email address.  If you would also like to use these templates FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE, you may purchase separately.

 Re-selling templates:

Reselling of these Kartra, Squarespace, or Canva templates is not permitted.

Canva Templates:

You may upload the Canva templates into ONE Canva account and may not share with any third party.

 This agreement is the entire agreement in writing and if any changes are made to this contract, it must be in writing.

 Any violation will be considered a violation of this agreement and will result in the termination of the license.
